Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.saintswestern.com, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice with your return.

Event & Tour Sales

All purchases made at live events—including concerts, festivals, Round Top, pop-ups, or other in-person or tour sales—are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes limited-edition or event-exclusive merchandise. Please inspect items at the time of purchase.

Include your original receipt or invoice and a note with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Reason for return
  • Exchange request (if applicable)

IMPORTANT: Insure the package for its full value and request tracking proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail or damaged upon return.

Boot Returns

Boots may be tried on indoors only, on clean or carpeted surfaces.
Returns will not be accepted if boots show signs of wear, creasing, scuffing, or outsole abrasion.

All boot returns must include original boxes, inserts, tags, and accessories.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed within 10–15 business days after receipt.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges for higher-priced items will be charged the difference.
